There’s something special about the little traditions we create at Christmas.

Join us at 12th House Studio for a relaxed, festive Clay & Sip where you’ll handbuild your very own Christmas Eve platter — ready to become part of your family’s Christmas celebrations for years to come.

Whether it’s somewhere to leave cookies for Santa, carrots for the reindeer or a few special treats on Christmas Eve, you’ll create a beautiful ceramic platter that’s completely your own.

We’ll guide you through shaping your platter from scratch, with plenty of freedom to personalise it using stamped lettering, textures, decorative details and your own creative touches.

Come with friends, bring someone special or fly solo. Enjoy some delicious charcuterie, bring along your favourite drinks and spend a lovely evening getting creative.

No pottery experience necessary!

How it works

Session One — Create

Saturday 28 November | 6:00–7:30 pm

Spend 90 minutes handbuilding and personalising your Christmas Eve platter.

Session Two — Glaze

Saturday 12 December | 6:00–7:00 pm

Once your platter has dried and been bisque fired, you’ll return to add your favourite colours and finishing touches.

Both sessions are included in your $130 ticket, along with all materials, glazing, firing and charcuterie.

Your finished platter is planned to be ready for collection before Christmas, subject to successful kiln firing. We’ll contact you when it’s ready.
